Size 2/3: Waist 16 inches, elastic not stretched. Length 20 inches.
Size 3/4: Waist 17 inches, elastic not stretched. Length 21 inches.
Size 4/5: Waist 18 inches, elastic not stretched. Length 23 inches.
Size 5/6: Waist 18.5 inches, elastic not stretched. Length 24 inches.
Size 6/7: Waist 19 inches, elastic not stretched. Length 26 inches.
Size 7/8: Waist 19.5 inches, elastic not stretched. Length 28 inches.
